How we work at Elmzell

Investigations

The employer is obliged to conduct an investigation in the event of indications of work environment-related problems, such as victimisation or sexual harassment. We have extensive experience in conducting independent investigations and are well acquainted with the practical challenges that need to be addressed in these cases. The investigative work usually includes holding interviews with those involved, documenting these and other parts of the investigation in a report and proposing appropriate measures for the employer to take.
